Can't go to the elf's cave with Kyra Mitz (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

as soon as I run closer than 20 steps ... it starts to lag and then just knocks out? what to do?

Version of the game gog, steam? one,? Update to the latest version of the game, reset the graphics settings to low, if you use the mod, remove it.

all cheats, trainers, mods and roll back to save long before meeting Keira.
Remember when I started using commands like: "ShowAllFT (1)", "ShowAllPins (1)", "AllowFT (1)", - there are a lot of buggy places precisely because of them (this is from personal experience; if anything, I ask in advance forgive me).
Those. roll back to save when you have not yet started using these commands.

I agree, lack of information is evil. But if we assume that everything is fine with the versions of the game, then the occurrence of bugs is not the fault of the used console commands (or trainers) ...
