1280x720 and from 30 to 50 frames

Hello everyone, my computer amd phenom 9550 2.20 Ghz, 6 gb ram, nvidia 9600 512 mb, games started to slow down generally hard, before borderlands 2 gave 60 on medium in full HD, and now at 720p it gives out from 30 to 45 frames, before warframe gave out on medium 132 in 720p and 80 frames in 1080p, even warface now produces 40 frames in 720p at low, I even changed Windows, did chkdsk, defragmentation, applied a bunch of thermal paste, it does not help what to do please tell me
