Error Call of Duty Black Ops 2 \ "Unhandled exception caught \" Help! (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2)

Help guys!
When I launch the Steam COD Black Ops 2 license, I get an "Unhandled exception caught" error.
I changed everything, time zone, time and date, checked the integrity of the cache and nifig.
Give a solution to this problem
