Steam overlay hangs when opening in game. (Red Dead Redemption 2)

I bought the Steam version of RDR2 not so long ago, but there was a problem. The overlay just doesn't work as expected.

If you constantly kill the process with the overlay, it can simply close before restarting the game (I mean, without the ability to take screenshots, etc.), so this solution does not suit me at all, and this method does not fix the overlay.
