Your motherboard is overheating. Specifically, the upper mosfets, which feed the built-in, do not have radiators, temperature sensors and are not blown.
It is not necessary to change the entire board, it is enough to stick such radiators and somehow organize the air flow past them. You can at least put the fan on top or at the back for blowing (and don’t forget to turn it on the CPU cooler so that there are no oncoming flows).
