The problem arose a few days ago, I turned off the PC through the start menu, but it did not turn off completely , the screen went out, also the keyboard and the mouse, the PC itself was working, the fans were spinning, when the PC was rebooted, it freezes on the circle and that's it, then turn it off again only through the button, since the processor has a video core, I connected the cable to it and with the integrated video core everything ok, tell me who knows how to solve this ailment.

Sometimes it can write that there is no connection to the display port and the screen does not seem to receive a signal, that is, the PC seems to be turned on, but the monitor thinks the opposite, but this does not happen so often, mostly as it usually boots to the desktop
