Can the crosshair be raised to the middle of the screen? (Deathloop)

I am wildly frozen by this Arkane counter in the form of a sight, which is not strictly in the center, but just below the center of the screen. It just pisses me off, it's just not comfortable to play. The same problem was in Prey 2017, there it could be fixed by making a change to game.cfg Can

you please tell me if something like this can be done in Deathloop? Well, I just can not from this moronic trend on lowered sights. Feel like I'm playing with my head thrown back.
