Mod launch issue (Assassin's Creed: Revelations)

Actually, the problem is that the licensed version bought in Steam, ASR with mods, does not start in any way, I tried many ways, but I still could not find a solution. I emphasize that none of the Texmod functions work for me, whether it's just replacing textures or finding and exporting them from the game. I ask for help
