Combining Official DLCs (Mafia 2)

I decided to replay Mafia 2 with all DLS. And since M2 is on my incentive, and there is only one Made Man Pack, I copied all the content into it.
All the costumes and cars immediately appeared, but there is only one story addition. What is written first in the content file, the rest are not displayed.
Is there any way to get around this? Anything to fix in the content file so that all story DLCs appear in the menu? I do not want to put a crack.
