Problem with updating game statistics on Social Club [PC] (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I can't find the letter 50, for this I need the Social Club, there is a map on which the found items are marked.
But the fact is that in the social club the progress has stopped by 62%, instead of 71.
I have been playing the single for 2-3 days, and the progress in the social club hangs all 62%.
These 62% were from the time I went through all the story missions.
Who knows what to do? Steam license, logging out and logging in to the social club does not help.
