Optimization. (Armored Warfare)

I have a Nvedia GeForce GT740M video card. 8 GB of RAM, but even with the smallest settings, it gives out no more than 15 fps. Someone, tell me how best to set up the game.

at medium 30 it pulls out, but must correct it up to 45-50 under the release

everything is at ultra 40-60 fps percent 70-80% the project is loaded still raw I think the optimon will be delivered to release
