The fan speed of the video card does not change

The speed can be changed only through the BIOS and that's it, the speed that I choose will remain constant and unchanged until the next adjustment. I would like to change the speed through MSI Afterburner and set it to automatic adjustment. But whatever I do in the program, the cooler rotates at the same speed.
