Two monitors !!!

Hello experts! I know a lot have already been written on this topic, but it's all bullshit! I have two monitors, table expansion mode, I launch the game in window mode and drag it to the TV and play on the gamepad, and a person (contacts, word, Excel) is working on the second monitor in parallel. How to make sure that my window does not lose focus, or lost but worked in the background (so that there was sound and the gamepad worked) ??? Some games are going with a bang, this is PES 2015 and GTA 5, I play on a gamepad and a person works on a monitor!
