How to remove the 30 FPS cap? (Batman: Arkham Knight)

Today I downloaded the game, pulls high, ran performance tests, shows the maximum: v-sync disabled vertical sync and showed 40-55 fps, in the game it shows a maximum of 30 FPS (sometimes it was 31). It's just that I'm not comfortable playing at 30 fps, and 40 suits me all the more when I feel like playing at ultras. So how do you remove this fucking limitation?

for the line MaxFPS = 30.000000 ... (30th in a row from the top down) and change it to the desired ... I changed it to 60.000000 ... everything is OK; - )
