Download updated DLS (version 34), everything has been working for a long time.

seriously, after 1.07 this quest did not work for me either, a week later a mini fix of about 2MB was released somewhere, I read in Steam that it was just a fix for this quest, went in, checked everything works, and it was before the release 1.08
