Incomprehensible stripes in Chrome

when you go to sites where there is flash animation, incomprehensible stripes appear which, when hovering, rotate and move, etc. advise what to do with this problem (on the screen there is a white stripe)

Updating chrome and buying a new video card saves you from image artifacts.

I had stripes on the tab bar, and like three cursors blinking on the bar,
but it was on the Mozilla FireFox browser.
Solved the problem by installing all updates on Windows7 and installing the latest browser version.

Update Java or reinstall it from the site's office, flash and remove the chrome extensions, then reinstall only the necessary extensions (such as adblock, etc.), for some reason I'm sure that this is some kind of extension for chrome to blame, in general, try and sign off.
