Problem in chapter Viva la Rasistens (Serious Sam 4)

I had one problem in the Viva la Rasistens chapter (I think that's what it's called). I reach one place, the door closes and that's it, the opponents do not appear at all. I have crossed this level several times already, to no avail. It didn't happen in the first game. why is this and how to solve it?

I went through this chapter on a pirate and there was nothing of the above.

The first 3-4 times I re-passed, there were no problems. Then they appeared. Could this be because of Windows? I haven't reinstalled Windows for over a year now.
