Mount Trouble (The Elder Scrolls Online)

Good people! The problem is that my horse is very slow going. Pumped in at 52% speed. This problem is only on one account. If I re-login to another account, and there the horse is pumped in by 21%, then it runs much faster.

look at the champion, maybe something is not loaded there
