Question about moving to another level of complexity. (Diablo 2)

I completed the first level of Normal difficulty, switched to the second, but when I click the "join" button, only the games created by other players of the second difficulty level are shown, although I myself can create a game of both the first and second difficulty. I saw high-level players on Normal. How to be? Help pliz.

Try turning off your computer, then turning it back on.

Use the /games d2xp norm chat command, select a game from the list that appears, enter its name and join.
