Nightwing spawn issue (Batman: Arkham Knight)

I reached the plot to 1 appearance of the penguin. The problem is this. As the penguin escapes, 2 thugs pin batman to the floor and 3 thugs prepare to hit Bat over the head with a bat. But the nightwing comes and knocks the bandit down. But at this moment I don’t have naive, and the bandit seems to be knocked down by emptiness. And Batman can't get out of his stranglehold. How to deal with this bug? I have a license. But I can't get past the game.
