Is the armor just a skin? those. appearance and stats, nothing more? does it make sense to wear power armor if your character has all the stats of 10 or in a regular business suit he will be just as protected?such a moment, any legendary clothing gives a total of 7 stats, but armor t45, t51, etc. not always, but they are always legendary, not so long ago I was convinced of this when I came across t51f which in total gives 7 stats. All this made me think that power armor affects something other than stats, otherwise why make an already legendary item with a chance for better stats? When I pump two characters to the maximum, I will put one in power armor, and the second in a regular suit, I will send them to wander around the wasteland for five days, let's see who spends more stimulants and antiradina.
