What are the buses in ets2? (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

I saw buses in mods for the game, here on the playgrand. Tell me what's what!
PS I also saw a mod that replaces cargo with passengers in order to carry them on the bus.

anton.shulev, you can just ride the bus for fun. As on the rest of the "non-tracks". you can put a mod on passenger transportation. Which does not replace cargo, but simply adds to the transportation of passengers. Read the instructions for the mods, everything is painted there.
