Can skins be transferred to Steam (Mortal Kombat (2011))

I'm really tired that most of the skins go to the pirated version, I would like them to go to the Steam version. So I have such a question, is it possible to transfer skins from pirates to the steam version. And if so, which team? Or maybe someone can translate for me!

Well, for example, I tried this on the Steam version and it doesn't work. And on a pirate it doesnâ€™t even work by replacing it, but by adding a skin!
