resolution (Fallout 3)

Went to the ini file and ruled from there. at startup, it says the game does not support this format, sorry and will not start. I need 1900x1200. and there are only 1600x1200 and 1920x1440 1600x1200 is not enough. 1920x1440 screen no longer pulls me. How else can I change the resolution to 1900x1200? resolution 4:3 5:4 16:9 16:10 do not work.
