Fraps/Bandicam (Battlefield: Hardline)

Neither fraps nor bandicam displays fps in the game, what's the matter? Yes, and I canâ€™t take screenshots, I have one right?

if the game is running in manta mode, then neither fraps nor bandicam will work there.
and so I donâ€™t know for mine, fraps worked almost everywhere.
