Improving graphics quality (draw distance) (Two Worlds)

there are no lags. there is bad animation and it's like loading the landscape. maybe on modern computers it looks like a lag, but this is a stop for about a second.

NVidia video card, no lags in nature, in Tarbakin lags due to npc characters, when they start to wander around the city in the evening, it is incurable :(

PS. as an option, a large defragmentation of files on the disk.
