Help! (Skyforge)

Hello. I first closed the light keeper class (all abilities are 200,250 sparks of mercy and 40,50,60 sparks of mercy). And that's the problem, I closed it. Then I changed it to a paladin and now I kill the boss with 10 lives and I should be given sparks of justice for leveling the paladin, but they don’t give me them, but they give the medallions of servants from the boss. Help me please!!!
