At the end of the book, Ciri seemed to be 14-16 years old, so +5 years 19-21 is normal)))

Well, almost yes. in 69 the Hunt finds Geralt and Yennefer in Avalon and drags Yen away to lure Ciri out. Then the witcher chases them for a year and meets Summer with his friends along the way. Somewhere in August 70, the Witchers catch up with DO and Ger changes himself to Yen. Then Ciri "runs" and helps Geralt escape. This is where the first part begins.

Anyone using mascara, eye shadow, powder and a Purple Avenger mask will look like this.
Born in 1212, planted on a pitchfork in 1268, in May 1270, on the night of the Belletain holiday, Geralt, bruised on his head, was found alive near the fortress of Kaer Morhen, in May 1272, after the events of the first and second parts of the game, a new war with Nilfgaard begins, the events of the third part take place even later two years, i.e. 1274
By a simple arithmetic operation (1274 - 1212) we get 62 years
San226
The events of the third part begin just in May 1272, as mentioned at the beginning of the game.
And so, the Chronology of Witchland is quite accurate. At least Dandelion's year of birth coincides with what is indicated in the game, and it turned out close to Ciri, 1251 is indicated in the game, 1252 in the chronology .. So it's quite possible to say that Geralt is about 60, as calculated in the Chronology. Moreover, the events of the saga have been developing for about 20-25 years, and already at the beginning of the saga, Geralt is an experienced witcher, not a youngster.

Even in the book, he looked much younger than his age.
- Buttercup! You are about 40 years old, you look 30, you think that you are 20, but you talk like a ten-year-old child!
