Floating and twitching shadows in games and in 3d mark2005. I tried to reinstall the drivers, Direct X is the last one. Feature:
Intel Celeron 2.66 overclocked to 2.90
768 MB 512 + 256
GeForse 6600GT 128 without overclocking
Intel 848P

The same problem ... Drivers, DirectX - reinstalled everything. Does not help.
Even after formatting the hard drive with a clean Windows. So, the problem is hardware ...
