Companions, armor (modifications) do not work! (Fallout: New Vegas)

All companions do not appear, there is not a single living soul, I tried everything, nothing helps, I looked everything is ok in the launcher, but there is not a single companion, and so I want to wander with someone new, otherwise the standard ones are already a little fed up. What could be the problem with this? Inserting a weapon works, but another one also some armor does not appear such as the armor of the Death Squadrons and some others, guys I hope you know the answers to these problems, thanks in advance!Did you install mods with this?

Read the rules for the correct installation of mods in Foul. Not just by copying, but through the FOMM program. In addition, you need to "archive" :))) mod after installation (activate). Plus there are scripted FNVE, sort of. And they have different versions. And it doesn't work with all mods. In general, nothing complicated, but not so simple either.
I myself went with a gang of companions. Removed restrictions on satellites and collected Boone, Sunny, Victoria, Willow (Beloved), Robot, Rose of Sharon in a brush. All were built in the wasteland.
