Solving the problem (Startup) on Win 64x (Soldier of Fortune)

Instructions:
1. Make a backup copy of the SOF.exe file
2. Rename the copy of SOF.exe to MOHAA.exe
3. Copy (move) the MOHAA.exe file to the game folder
4. Run the game through MOHAA.exe
Checked! The game starts without errors!

Hello!
My SOF on XP does not start at all. Immediately swears at the Sof.exe file.
About 10 years ago I played it on the Celeron 800, but now it does not want to start. Patched, like, to version 1.06 Gold. SOFII works, but this SOF does not want to.
Someone please advise. :-(

! It also started on XP.
That's just, NOCD does not work, and the console with the (~) key
does not turn on. True, I have a disk from the company "C",
they always chemically protect.
Can someone tell me how to enable the console?
