If the textures often "flicker" from the characters, then you need to enable Vertical synchronization, but it will not stop slowing down.

Need help!!!!
After I changed Windows from ex pishki to seven, all the characters twitch constantly and the textures lag. But the game itself went much faster!!! WHAT THE FUCK??? EVERYTHING THAT THIS SITE WAS TRIED, IT DOESN'T HELP AT ALL!!!
