Can't activate third Astrarium in The Hinterlands (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Gentlemen... help me out... in the inner lands I activated two astrariums... and the third one didn't work... maybe someone will post a picture of the activation sequence.... thanks in advance.... there the figure looks like a cancer in some way)))
