Access point tp-link tl-wa5110g and Internet distribution from it

There is this point, you need to distribute the Internet via Wi-Fi from the cable.
The cable comes with NanoStation Loco M2
After PoE (for nano) a hub is installed, branches to a computer, and to a point.

The whole crap is that when you turn on the point in router mode, the wifi appears, but local.
How to setup?
