Game not starting (Redux) (Metro: Last Light)

So people, they don’t want to start as they haven’t tried, Windows 7, 32 bits, for some reason it also installs 150 megabytes, I emphasize ((((150)))) meters (megabytes) (MB) and then after installation, more, MORE !!!! ! 140 meters downloads, why Uy understand and then writes it is impossible to start (could not find the executable file)
