GRID Autosport (steam) won't launch on Win10. (GRID: Autosport)

I installed Windows 10, downloaded steam, wanted to play GRID .. I ran into such a problem - I download the game, but it does not start. I tried to reinstall several times and still failed, I even downloaded a pirated one to see if it starts (it started right away). Tell me what this is connected with and how to fix it ..
