Application error 0x00007b windows 10 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

hello people today I wanted to play The Witcher 3 and now when I start the GOG client I get this error (PS I donâ€™t start the game itself, but the GOG client!)

What helped me.
1. complete removal of Microsoft Visual C and all its components through the Uninstall Tool program.
2. download and install Visual Studio 2010 Express http://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/softmicrosoft/VisualStudioExpress.aspx
3. download and install Win64OpenSS http://slproweb.com/download/Win64OpenSSL-1_0_2d.exe
4 .and install vcredist_x64 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Download/details.aspx?id=15336
5. if necessary, reinstall DirectX
