Freeze when peasants spawn around a campfire (Stronghold Crusader 2)

Some bullshit, regardless of the graphics settings, either high or low - the game always slows down when new peasants appear at the fire. It is impossible to play with such lags.
Maybe someone came across, knows how to solve the problem?
