solved the problem in short you need to click my kapyuter find (upper left to arrange click find there (folder and search options) then click view and at the very bottom click on the checkmark (show folders and drives hide) click apply next go to drive C look for the folder there ProgramData go into it and delete the Electronic Arts folder and the whole game works
