Problem displaying servers in games on Win10

Updated from 7 to 10. Everything is great: the Internet is there, everything works fine, there is sound, but ... in any games it does not see a single server. What could be? Disabled firewall, antivirus, adguard and windows defender.

In CS:GO, you can enter the server through "Start the game".

Damn at least the person has the Internet. I fought for three hours with all conceivable parameters, but all that happened was a private network without Internet access. Fortunately, there is a rollback point on win 7 and I had to return.
