If the disease is not running, then visit the altar in any temple, and during the game try to visit the altars once a day - you will receive a blessing and cure all sores.

Complete the vampirism cure quest. It's called Rise at Dawn. Taken from an elf named Falion in Hjaalmarch, I think.
