Purchase not appearing, Jenson pocket watch (Red Dead Redemption 2)

I decided to buy something from the catalog-store of the game, in the "Hunting and Fishing" section, a Jenson pocket watch, for 1 gold bar.
Bought. A notification that the purchase has passed and you can pick it up appeared automatically. But ... I can’t pick it up at the post office or in the camp’s safe, it doesn’t appear in the proper place in the item menu. What to do?
Now I am having the most pleasant dialogue with support, so far the smartest thing they have suggested is to reinstall the game (which did not help, by the way).
Someone faced similar? what to do?
