Atreus frozen, not moving, Steam PC version (God of War (2018))

In muspulheim, he just stopped moving, standing still. When you climb somewhere or cross doors, Atreus moves because of the scripton movement, but then gets up again. Restarted. I do not know what to do. Tell me please.
