What is the main resolution of the monitor, and what do you want to set? if you want to lower it there, for example, to 1600-900, or 1280-720, then simply lower the visualization scale, and it will be written there to what resolution it has decreased.

I also had to lower the monitor resolution from 2K to FHD. The card didn't work.
