Artifacts. (It Takes Two)

Maybe someone came across and found a solution? Artifacts appear only on the soil at any location.
Config: Windows 10 21H2, Ryzen 5600x, rx 6700xt, 16 gb ddr4.
Drivers for Windows and for the video card are the latest. Any other games go without jambs.
