No 144 hertz

I bought an HP 25mx monitor that supports 144 hertz, but Windows says that only 60 is available. My PC:
1) Amd radeon HD 6770 series
2) Intel i3-9100F
3) 8 gb RAM

Eh, now I would buy a monique with 144 hertz, for an ancient PC, or rather a video card, the firewood is probably ancient, and I could try not to install it through Windows, but through video firewood, although what kind of iron is there.
