Conquer the Nasamones tribes. Actually 4/5 districts are moderated, I can't find the fifth one. In the middle, it is not active and does not allow you to capture it!What am I doing wrong?

. The game is extremely unfriendly to the player. If the combat is clear, then research and other garbage is hidden behind clues that are very difficult to follow.
