the ladder on the screen
recently bought a new PC, installed all the wood, and like all the rules... but that's just apparently my camp decided to turn off aliasing for the objects from which everything on the screen appear characteristic of the ladder (in the games even with maximum smoothing, see these stairs...). And that's really annoying. Tried everything on the problem is.please help this idiot how I deal with it.

Go - control Panel - System - advanced system settings - Performance - Settings - to Provide the best view.
Enabled font smoothing ClearType? Delete the video driver during the installation of the new video driver, put a tick clean install.

I have the video card built into the CPU, I can install only the driver for the motherboard (which I have done many times). Font smoothing is enabled. And in performance I have exhibited the best view. So it is in something else
New PC (especially a laptop) on a clean Windows 7 may have problems with drivers at all since the first generation Intel 14 nm. Well Win 10 on some of the laptop problems, and has not put no problems.

Actually there is a driver to integrascan. And ancient type G31 and newer - processor type Ivy Bridge.
