Can't get latest achievement (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Auriel's bow doesn't work, no effect at all on the sun. To pass, I turned off all the mods and started a new game, got a bow, but still nothing works ... Maybe someone had a similar experience, or know how to bypass the script and activate the effect for achievement with cheats.

I shot from both arrows, and Serana and the snow elf (the arrows were given when I finished the task).

I also tried to use the Pts of the old Persian 98ur (like then there was another effect).

Because I couldn't get it with mods, I thought maybe the mod affects the bow and that's why it doesn't work.
