Transferring saves from AE to SE (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I put additional mods on AE, after which small, but not pleasant texture bugs appeared in the game, etc. Because of this, I want to switch to SE, but I already managed to play enough and I don’t want to lose progress. So, how likely are problems when transferring saves to SE and what factors does it depend on? Mods are only graphic and technical.
